Gentle Yoga For Inflexible People: Tuesday 6-7:30PM

Want to experience the benefits of yoga, but less than perfectly flexible? Using chairs and other props, this class offers hatha yoga modified for all body types and abilities. Whether you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury or illness, or simply not ready for a fast-paced class, you can experience the benefits of yoga in this gentle, non-threatening atmosphere.

No appointment necessary. Drop-ins welcome to this on-going class.

Meditation: Thursday 6 - 8 pm

Center yourself for the entire week with the single most important practice for spiritual growth and insight. This gentle meditation takes place in the temple-like atmosphere of our meditation room. All are invited to experience the calm, the energy, and the renewal.

The first hour is a class on mindfulness, awareness,breath, and consciousness.
The second hour is open meditation. Free.
